Portland Youth Dance presents A Year in the Making

CBM’s resident non-profit, non-competitive youth company, Portland Youth Dance, presents their annual spring concert, A Year in the Making, on Sunday, May 18th at Freeport Performing Arts Center. Students will perform new and original works by professional choreographers, including SYREN Modern Dance, Ro Desere, Veeva Banga, Jenny Dignan, Ty Morrison, Tarikh Campbell, Lydia Wirth, Makayla Rogers, Kate Whalen, Elizabeth Lau, and Vanessa Beyland. The performance will also feature PYD’s community class performers from the local Boys and Girls Clubs and PYD’s Danceability class—photo by Shayrn Peavey Photography.
