We do allow make-up classes in another class of the same age/level or below.  Annual tuition payments, including those made through tuition installment plans, are non-refundable because we have reserved the student’s place in class for the full term. Full or partial refunds are granted as appropriate for medical conditions with a physician’s note.

Scholarships: Portland Youth Dance, CBM’s resident non-profit youth company, offers several scholarships annually to qualified applicants, allowing them to take a dance class once a week throughout the school year at Casco Bay Movers Dance Studio, culminating in an end-of-year performance. Applications can be submitted from the community at large. Each scholarship is based on financial need, individual qualities, and professional recommendation and is determined by the Board of Directors. Scholarships are awarded in August & December of each year. PYD can provide several scholarships to dancers in need, thanks to the support of Casco Bay Movers and their generous contributions.

The deadline for Scholarships is July 15, 2026.
