Dance training requires a balance of healthy nutrition, adequate hydration and time to rest in order to be effective.
In NUTRITION FOR DANCERS we will discuss the physiology of digestion, basic nutrition principles and specific strategies for optimizing health and well being in the studio and on the stage.
