Class description: Before choreographing and dancing in contemporary projects across the US, Milena was initially taught contemporary from masters from Netherlands Dance Theater and Batsheva. The Gaga-movement language was of great importance and is something she now implements in her own classes. Gaga allows for an experience of freedom, widening the range of movement, and fostering a greater confidence to improvise.
