Saturday, February 1st | 4-5:30 PM | $20 for the workshop only, or $35 for the workshop and therapy balls to take home.  Limited to 14 participants.

The Empowered Touch Workshop is a unique blend of relaxation and release techniques intended to put the skill of a massage therapist into your hands. In this 90 minute workshop, you’ll learn a full-body self-massage sequence based on the Roll Model Method. Using specially-designed therapy balls, you’ll gain awareness of your body, enhance your breathing, release tension, and gain mobility. Massage balls are provided, but you can purchase them after the class to take home for continued self-care!
