Floors and high touch surfaces will be sanitized after each class.  Restrooms will be available, however, showers will be closed until further notice.

Please answer the following questions before coming to the studio.  If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please join us online instead.  Classes will be refunded if you need to cancel due to illness.
  1. Have you had a cough or a sore throat?
  2. Have you had a fever or do you feel feverish?
  3. Do you have shortness of breath?
  4. Do you have a new loss of taste or smell?
  5. Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
  6. Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
  7. Have you been out of the state in the last 14 days? (exemptions as of 11/15/20: NH, VT)

Dressing for class: Feel free to dress in any comfortable athletic wear with the appropriate shoe for your class.  If you are coming in for a Hip Hop class please carry in your dance sneakers, as outside shoes are not permitted in the studio. Cotton or wool socks work well as a substitute for ballet shoes, and bare feet are best for modern jazz and contemporary. Unfortunately, there is not a great substitute for tap shoes! Dressing in warm layers is recommended, especially as the temperatures drop and you may prefer to bring an extra mask or two.

Casco Bay Movers does not discriminate by gender, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or creed.  This is expressed in equal opportunities for participation and involvement.  We believe in a diverse world and know that our community is stronger when our doors are open to all.
